CABINETS
- Here at Florkowskys we build a complete European style cabinet. Using 5/8 particle board ((melamine)  (white or hard rock maple))  or 3/4 birch plywood  for the interior of your cabinets.
- The backs of the cabinets are also made out of 5/8 particle board for strength and durability.

- For the exterior we use a variety of species of wood. (Maple, paint grade maple, oak, cherry, black walnut, hickory) or if you want something a little different let us know and will try to meet your needs. The exterior of the cabinet will be 5/8 or 3/4 veneer (which is a thin layer of wood that will match the species of wood)

DRAWERS

The drawer box is made out of 5/8 particle board also with a full 5/8 bottom for the strength and durability. We use under mount drawer slides so you don’t see any mechanisms when you open the drawer.

HARDWARE

HINGE - "Clip" hinge with 107° opening angle. Overlay door. Knock-in case, made of steel, self close. 3-dimensional adjustment.
HINGE PLATE - Fixing with wood screws. Cam height adjustment +/- 2 mm. *Add additional wood screw if used with wide angled hinges

DRAWER SLIDE

Full extension runner system:
• Zinc coated steel profiles.
• Concealed roller carriage mechanism with permanently lubricated, synthetic rollers.
• BLUMATIC spring loaded self-closing action.
• Locking devices provide automatic latching,
easy release for drawer removal and
tool free height adjustment.
• Force guided right side and +/- 1/16"
tolerance compensating left side.
• 75 lb (30 kg) Dynamic.
• For 5/8’’ drawer side thickness
